Woman ovaluation and her sexual urge?

I was reading this book: Why men lie and women cry.

In the book ,author mentioned that 12-15 days after the periods when woman is ovaluating, she has maximum urge to engage in s*x and procreate.

During her ovaluation, she will wear high heels, will reveal her figure, shape in attractive clothes so as to attract man and procreate.

Is it true?

(I respect woman and nature biological process. As a man, i am just trying to understand how nature, woman and man works collectively)

yes her sexual urge is up bc thats when she can get pregn!  even if she doesnt want a baby at that time nature tells her in that way  that its time

It is proven that many woman has her maximum s*x urge or Libido at the time of her ovulation. The ovulation takes place approximately 2 weeks before her period and not after the period. This makes a difference since many women don't have a cycle of 28 days.

Women often feel more attractive at that time in the cycle, but if they wear high heals or not, I don't know. ;-)
