Woman with poison oak!?

My sister got poison oak lately, and it is now swelling to the point that her arm is hard and stiff. She says that it also hurts from about the wrist to the for-arm. Should she worry about this or is it normal? also, any suggestions on remedies???

this is very normal my sister had this also last year it got puffy hurtt and don't get grossed out when it startes to self drain
