  1. Approve?  Yes.  See a compelling reason for it?  No.  As long as a man can keep himself clean, there's no reason why he should find it absolutely necessary.  I don't approve of it being done on children at all.

  2. No, I don't. As a research project I studied male circumcision and found it to be nearly as barbaric and pointless a practice as female circumcision.

According to the AMA, f******n is not going to give one cancer, a heightened ability to catch STDs, or any such nonsense. The AMA does NOT recommend circumcision except for religious purposes.

They also point out that f******n makes s*x more pleasurable for both sexes.

If someone wants my entire research project you can have it, I'm not going to type a novel here. But I did take this information to heart, and we did not have our son circumcised.

  3. I'm not a woman but I thought I would chime in.  I think circumcision on new born babies is ethically wrong.  If people want to do it as adults - it is their body I don't have a problem with it.  But every male needs to have the choice on whether he keeps this important part of his anatomy.

That is the key thing - the f******n is the most important part of the p***s.  Without it, the p***s does not function as it was designed.  The f******n has many thousands of nerves attached to the underside of the skin.  When the skin is moved up and down in a gliding motion, it is very pleasurable for the man (i Know because thankfully, I am intact).  A circumcised p***s has no skin mobility - so he can't m********e.  What is worse , the glans (head) , which is not very sensitive becomes even less sensitive due to keratinization.  This is where a hard cornified layer of skin grows on top of the glans because it is exposed when it never was designed to be exposed.

You can see how important the f******n is on this page:

    http://geocities.com/painfulquestioning/...

if you scroll down there is also a 20 minute video on "the function of the f******n"

Also the fact that the skin is lost also has an effect on the way a man thrusts - this obviously effects the woman.  You can read more about that here: http://xrl.us/foreskinfunctions

Also what of the men that have had something gone wrong - what if they have painful erections when they grow older?

Take a look at all the complications that can arise form circumcision:

    http://www.catholicsagainstcircumcision....

So if you are newborn mom are you just going to hope that your baby won't have any of these complications?  The fact is once he is circumcised - that is a complication.  If you have been reading what I have been saying you will hopefully see that he has lost out just by the fact that his f******n is missing.

  4. Yes of course, they are meant to be more hygenic and those foreskins that are really big look so scary eew!

  5. No I do not approve of circumcision on any person unless they are of the age to give their consent and are treated in a proper medical facility with proper doctors to do the job.

  6. Absolutely.  As another woman said, otherwise the p***s is scary ew, not to mention ugly too !

  7. No.

  8. Only if it's his own choice and it wasn't done to him as a baby without his knowledge or consent.

  9. I only approve of it if it is a MAN that WANTS to have the procedure done, not a baby that has no choice, that is just disgusting and immoral

  10. I chose not (with the hesitant support of my husband) not to circumsize either of my boys.....there is so medical need unless they get ballinitis (which is uncommon) and in my opinion, is a rather cruel way to start one's life. They can choose to cut it when they are older if they like. As far as being unhygenic, well all it takes it pulling the skin back and washing it. If you can't be bothered to do that, chances are you're just lazy. It helps prevent some kinds of cancer and quite frankly, why else would it be there if it wasn't supposed to be.

Edit: as far as transmission of std's....if you're going to have unprotected s*x, there's a likely of you getting an std (why would someone take the chance just because circumcision might reduce the chance. If you're not married (or in a monogamous relationship, you need to use protection_

  11. yes it is necessary to have a circumcision (for the males)...

it is cleaner and safer for them....

uncircumcised men normally has UTI problems (urinary tract infections), because the extra skin from their p***s which is not taken out will accumulate bacteria and dirt...that's why it is advisable for the men to be circumcise....

  12. of course...they are scary without it..lol...but they are medically smart!

  13. I live in a community that is 40% Jewish, so if I didn't approve I'd be out of luck. But I don't think it's wrong for someone NOT to be circumcised either as long as they're hygienic.

  14. circumcision is not only a needless procedure, it is also a cruel one.  there is no reason for it whatsoever.  it is just as unnecessary as a woman having breast implants or lip injections.  it is ONLY for aesthetics, and when I have kids, my son WILL NOT have a circumcision.  this "ritual" was invented for religious purposes, and has nothing to do with modern medicine or science.  americans have been duped into thinking it is necessary, and it is little baby boys who pay the price.  can you imagine how painful that must be?  oh god.  i hate to even think about it.  i couldn't do that to my son.

  15. I think it is up to the individual to decide not up to me (especially since I am a woman).  Also,  if you think it is healthier I would have to say that a person who doesn't care will continue not to care even if circumcised.  Being clean has nothing to do with it.

  16. Who cares what a woman approves.  It's a man's body O_o. Not theirs.

  17. No, I don't.

Edit: Bryan, women give birth to baby boys and make the majority of medical decisions with regards to their children. Pretending this is not so to salve your ego is infantile.

  18. Only when absolutely medically necessary. Which is very uncommon.
