long sleeved flannel nightgown buttoned up the the neck and goes to the ankles and big long socks....with granny panties underneath...hair in soft curlers...big terry cloth blue robe...may even have some kind of stain on it...and big fluffy slippers.

For most romantic, I'd prefer a long gown.  But for sleeping, I prefer nothing at all.

Romantic by far Lace.  It gives you a glimpse of whats underneath but the covering is still there.

However what's most sensual- a mans white dress, long sleeved and you roll the sleeves, and button a few buttons.   You would be amazed what can happen when a woman wears that shirt!
