I see this all the time. Women and men will get into a cargument, and the woman will say stop the car, I'm getting out. Do you women really want the man to just leave you there on the side of the road? I don't understand.

  1. I'm a woman and I've stopped my car and demanded that the guy sitting in the passenger seat get out and not go until they do.

So, yeah I'm the type who when I say it I mean it.

I'd also say that many woman would be better off if they got out of the car and stood on the side of the road than to be trapped with the jerk in the car.  Think about that.

  2. This happened today for the first time ever, and I absolutely meant it. I would've walked miles to be away from my husband at that moment and I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant.

  3. Yes, I would mean it, but if he did drive off it would say alot about him too, and there is no way in h**l I would ever go back to him for anything.

  4. Never had a woman do that to me..

However i have pulled over and told the woman get out or put....

  5. lol that's funny, I see this in movies.

I guess if I said it, I would REALLY mean it and he better stop the car. I do think it's a little over dramatic, though. Although, I have done this with a girlfriend of mine before because she was driving waaaaay too fast... 95mph. Sorry, I don't want to die. I told her to slow down or leave me off somewhere and I'd fine my own ride home.

  6. I have never been in that foolish situation.

  7. Women that do that are usually just trying to get the man to give them what they want.  I have only done that once, and yes I really did want him to leave me there....I had no intention of continuing ANYTHING with him, including the car ride.  But for the most part, no I dont think they mean it.

  8. Yes i have said stop the car, I'm want to get out and no i haven't meant it. Once a taxi driver tried to rape me and i did mean it then, i hid in somebodies garden to escape and he was shouting i owed him the fare!

I had a blazing row with a friend of mine and our relationship was awful and he was very disrespectful. Whilst driving a terrible couldn't care what happens, sod the consequences attitude cam over me. I stopped the car and left him on the hard-shoulder of the M1 motorway. I didn't call him for 2 weeks, he was ok, we made up and were friends for about 6 months afterwards.

Hope that answers your questions hehehe

  9. No, I don’t want to be left stranded on the side of the road, and that’s why I never have, and never will, make this statement.

  10. Well, I sure did when I told my (now ex) to let me out. He wouldn't so I threw my iced coffee at him and he did.  I was so happy to be away from his ranting. THEN he came back and screamed at me for throwing the iced coffee all over him.  I got a ride home and he called me every crazy name in the book.....  oh yeh, nothing to do with his mental torture of me which caused me to blow a fuse.  By the way.. I was wife #4 he is on #5 and they are splitting now... gee, go figure.   Oh.. he gave me the bill for his drycleaning. I gave him the bill for my iced coffee and showed him what to kiss!!!!!

  11. No we don't want u to really leave us, it just be a heat in the moment when we're pissed and not thinking straight, just continue to drive us home, tune us out and say absolutely nothing

  12. From a man's perspective, I hope I am not the type of man to drive a woman to say that. Women don't just say that for no reason, most of the time it's because the man is acting like a complete dunderhead.

Men, control yourselves, the ones out there who can't are making the good ones look bad.

  13. The only time I have ever said that was to my now ex..  one day he got nutty in the car over something so small  I couldn't understand.. started screaming and punching the steering wheel, driving like a mad man.. I did beg him to let me out, and meant it.. he wouldn't.. at the next stop sign, I tried to jump out when he stopped, but he grabbed me by my arm and jerked me back into the truck (leaving bruises) and I went on the ride from h**l.. I sure wish he'd have let me out.. bet you can guess - we divorced..  and I drive my own car now..  I mean what I say and say what I mean.. if I don't mean it, I don't say it.

  14. I've just done that once and I did want my husband to leave me there, but he didn't. If women don't want their partner to leave them there then they shouldn't say anything.

  15. Yes.

  16. Well she better be prepared to- that's all I have to say!!!

  17. I would never do this because I don't want to be left there on the side of the road. Why would anyone be that silly?
