Women's workout help ASAP!!!?

I am going to take my lady friend to the gym with me today, and she wants me to come up with a workout routine she could use. I workout myself, but I know that a woman's workout is going to be a lot different than a man's. Could someone give me an example of a women's workout routine? Thank you!

  1. Actually you're wrong.  As far as muscle goes men and women are the same.  It's diet that determines whether you add mass or not.  If you don't take in the calories then you don't give the muscles the fuel to build and they tone.

    She can happily train with you but obviously adjust the weights for her.  Men and women can train exactly the same without a problem.

    Of course, if this is her first time or she's pretty new to training then start her on a circuit to get the body prepared for another routine.
