i need a variety of situations in which women participated in at home during the WW1. but i need unpaid work

  1. They rolled bandages made from cotton material, took over men's jobs in factories, and "kept the homefires burning" as they used to say.


  2. farm work, making ammunitions, basically any "man jobs" had to be taken on by women...as most young fit guys were sent to war.

  3. Most of women's work is .............unpaid ...........for little girl read history who in your home growing up took care of everything to do with the house and it's occupants.........
