Women breastfeeding in public...?

What are YOUR thoughts?

I always thought I would never do it. I always thought to myself that when I have a child, I would breastfeed at home and then pump breastmilk into a bottle to go out in public. That seemed a workable solution UNTIL I found out my co-worker's wife has tried doing that, and the baby is too smart. She won't take a bottle from her mother because she KNOWS she's got the breast. haha!

So apparently, my idea is not an option for every woman.

So what are your opinions?

I think it's just fine. And I think it's B.S. to give a woman a dirty or disgusted look for it, or worse, to tell her she shouldn't.

I was so inspired by all the beautiful fabrics, styles and cuts. There was a wonderful mix of handmade art and glitzy fashion in all the pieces. From a design point of view, it was all very, very cool. It made me all jittery with excitement and crave to delve into fashion design!

I am currently brestfeeding two children 6 mos and 2 years.  I have breastfed in public quite comfortably in Arizona.
