I have to say I agree with you (not that, that makes me right) I am just stating personal opinion. I did try it before and it did not work out for me. But just because I was unable to manage both does not mean others can't. I just have to agree with you because like I stated before, I was unable to.

WE ABSOLUTELY CAN AND DO ON A DAILY,  WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND YEARLY BASIS.

I wish you could come to my home and run my house, children and all their activities (orchestra, dance, scouts,  softball, soccer, book club, writing club, the high school musical etc)  and work overnight at my job for a month...bet you can't!   Ooops,  I forgot my schooling,  the two dogs,  two fish and the frog.... h**l,  even my husband has no clue how much I do!  Move on guy...it's 2007 and we are incredible!

They cannot.If one has to give 100% to either family or career then they have to sarifie the other

They can, and are better equipped to do so with their multi-tasking abilities, but they shouldn't be expected to do everything. It used to be, family units were closer together, and there were more women available to handle raising offspring and juggling chores; such as, aunts,grandmas, and older children. In today's world, that support system has nearly vanished. If mom and dad are both working outside of the home, they both should have responsibilities inside the home as well.

That's my two cents for ya.

My mom is a school teacher for two decades. She has never had any problem balancing her job and her duties to her family. Though I think women with really young babies must feel it problematic. But it's only a matter of months, after all. Goodbye.
