I would like people's opinions on why there are so few women in management positions and how it can be changed.1. What do you think attracts women to jobs? (eg. flexible hours, decent maternity leave etc.).2. Once a women gets a job what do you think companies should do to keep her there? (eg. development courses etc)3. What challenges do you think women face nowadays when it comes to becoming managers or leaders in a work environment?4. What could companies do to overcome these challenges and obstacles?Thank you !
