  1. I am a woman and I found her insulting. I am tough but I am not stupid and I won't be treated as such. Hilary broke the glass ceiling - all Palin did was get chosen by a man who didn't want her but couldn't afford the revolt of the right wing extremists in his own party.

  2. Sarah palin is SEXIST

  3. basically barack promised change and gave a vp who is a 35 yr washington insider who voted for the iraq war. mccain listened saw there was a lot of hill supporters who felt justifiably that their candidate was cheated and gave them palin who is a fresh face but has critical experience without being a washington insider.

  4. Nah, McCain engergized me to get tough a looooooong time ago when I was a young, misguided democrat, and I found out about his reputation to tell his so-called "equals" in Senate to shut up and sit down. (there are SOME benefits to tuning into C-SPAN)  But Sarah Palin's speech and her reputation as a pit bull (with lipstick) made me feel proud that there are other women out there who subscribe to McCain's way of thinking.

  5. I think you succeeded in bringing out the green with envy libs. She was great, and her debate with biden should prove interesting.

  6. NO, considering she has a journalism degree, she was so general, look confused at times....WTH......pathetic and unmoving...perhaps she paid for her journalism degree.

  7. Fantastic!  I am now more than ever promoting the McCain/Palin ticket.

Let's just hope the left does not block her because she has strayed outside of the orthodoxy that permeates the Democratic party.  If women would learn that they do not have to rely on the Democratic party to succeed, the Democrats would find themselves to be a second class party pretty quick.

This is why Sarah Palin needs to succeed, and prove her left -wing critics wrong.

Say no to socialism and big brother government.

  8. She definitely inspired me!

And made me proud to be an American and to see the type of women we produce in this country    classy, tough, intelligent, beautiful, patriotic, capable, leaders, feminine and resilient!

    Amazing True Grit!

    GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

  9. there was a poll about this on the local radio station this morning about that speech and according to the responses that were given most people ~ mostly women~ who responded were torn about this election UNTIL they heard her speech and they are now leaning in the direction of mccain/palin....words that were used to describe it were flawless, thought provoking, and uplifting.....her speech only impounded my desire to vote mccain/palin ten-fold....he has had my vote from the get-go...this election would be a wonderful time to introduce a woman into such power with such a strong leader as mccain to guide her for possible future elections for commander in chief

*edit.....HAHAHAHA....sorry i couldnt help but laugh at "the doctor"....boy is HIS life going to be miserable when we win

  10. Yes. I'm a Hillary supporter who wasn't all that excited about Obama.

After seeing that nasty pack of lies last night, I signed up on Obama's website and am looking for opportunities to volunteer for Obama. It's not as if they just exaggerated a little something here and there. All of the speeches last night were just lie after lie after lie.

(For instance, they had Meg Whitman, the former CEO of eBay, talking about the importance of tax cuts in helping individuals thrive. What she didn't mention is that under her leadership, eBay raised fees so high  that small sellers can no longer make a profit selling on ebay. Many sellers left and the company's stocks went way down. Go visit eBay Seller Central and see what eBayers think of Meg Whitman. And McCain says he is really impressed with her, and she might even get a cabinet position in a McCain administration. But then, he doesn't know that she ruined eBay. He's never even used the Internet).

It is offensive to Hillary supporters to put a woman like Palin on the ticket and to think that we would vote for a token candidate whose positions are an affront to everything we stand for.

Palin has nothing to offer to voters who are concerned about the economy, health care, and the meaningless, expensive, unnecessary war that Bush got us into, and if that weren't bad enough, she wants to make all abortion illegal, even for victims of rape and incest. Oh, she also wants to ban birth control, but that probably doesn't bother you because no one wants to sleep with you anyway.

Seeing what the other party has to offer and comparing them to Obama has really given me more respect for Obama; for his intellect, his accomplishments, his integrity, and for everything that makes him different from them.

So, yes, her speech was very energizing for Obama supporters. Hope you'll still be loving it November 4 when we win.

  11. small towns rah rah

    pretty much all she said

  12. Her speech gave me HOPE!! that our country One nation under GOD, may be restored and put back together, we are still reeling from the clinton admin, and all the dirty stuff that went on, that by the way alot of people do not know about, or choose to ignore, At least this woman, the Gov of Alaska, is not pulling the shenanigans that bill did, when he was Gov. of Ark. He was a shame to our country, and Mrs Palin gives me HOPE, that she and McCain, can work together and pull us out of the mess we are in!! especially with the price of GAS, that seems to be hurting alot of hard, hard, working citizens!! I pray they win!!

    GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

  13. My wife was undecided until last night. She will now vote for McCain. We voted for Hillary and I had already decided McCain was far better equipped to be president than Obama and my wife came over to my way of thinking after the speech. She has never voted for a  Republican in her life so this will be a first for her. I did cross over in 1984 and will do so again this year. We are in that 10% Hillary voters who are crossing over not because of Palin but Hillary and McCain are closer in politics than Hillary and Obama.

  14. Why would she inspire or energize me to get tough? Just because she's a woman and I too have a v****a. Please, that's a ridiculous notion.

I vote for someone based on his/her policies not for what sits between his/her legs.

And frankly, her stance on many issues that I consider important as a woman are completely disconnected from almost every woman I know in my personal life.

  15. Sarah Palin is an idiot.  Nobody is afraid of her, except maybe the polar bears.

You seem like a typical redneck.

  16. Yes-----This Precious Jewel is a Rare Find indeed----how completely energized I am about this great Lady some would call a Maverick because she crossed party-lines to eradicate corruption in her own party and restore validity---ethics---and legitimacy once again----she has the highest approval rating of any governor--quite a feat as Alaska has some unique challenges----a mere stones throw from Russia in the north---and bordered by Canada she has faced some real issues. She will work hand in hand with John McCain to stop Pork-Barrel projects and do what is right for Americans.  She says it is time to take off our Republican Hats---Our Independent Hats and our Democrat Hats---and wear our American Hats.

They will be a fine team!

  17. I don't really care for Sarah Palin. As an environmental activist, pro-choice, gun-detesting atheist, I don't see her eye to eye on many things.
