Women only- does anyone have any good B.C. methods?

other than 'the pill'...I have been on the pill for years and it has messed

up my body- Can anyone recommend a good, effective, non-hormonal

birth control? No shots, no pills-......

i had a problem will all the pills i have been switched to. I finally gave up on the pill and started the Ortho Evera Patch. It is wierd at first but it doesnt make me throw up like the pill did.

otherwise I did like using the nuva ring. it could be wierd if you dont like inserting it.

Do NOT use depo. (the shot) it messes you up even more than the pill.

The only other effective birth control method are having your partner/spouse use condoms, and a spermicide.

Diaphragms are tricky and messy to use and have to be fitted properly.

I would reccomend condoms, with a spermicide or some kind of implantation or i think theres some kind of cervicial barrier  these will all work well.. i think you should research some effwctive ways  that will best suit yourself

condoms. either female or male works. and use spermicide while having s*x as well... this will be almost 99% effective.
