  1. It depends how often your using your toy but I would say yes it does build some vaginal muscles

  2. Well I know you said girls only but I would have to say yes, because my girlfriends personal trainer often helps her work out her vaginal muscles.

  3. Unless you are consciously using your vaginal muscles alone to try to keep the vibrator in place, you are doing nothing to strengthen them.

Try doing regular Kegel exercises.  To locate the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, try to stop the flow of urine when you are peeing.  That is the muscle you need to work.  To do the exercise, you tighten the muscle and hold for a count of 10.  Then release.  Do 10 repetitions of this then rest.  If you are able, do 10 more.  You can increase the number of reps as your muscles get stronger.

There are devices that can be used to help you to to work on strengthening your PC muscles.  Some are designed to help you locate the correct muscle more easily.  Others are literally weights for your v****a, to give your PC muscles strength training.  See http://www.blowfish.com/catalog/toys/pc_... for different types of devices that can help.

  4. It certainly doesn't do any harm. However to strengthen your vaginal muscles you need do pelvic exercises which are easy and have become a habit for me just stop your pee in mid flow and hold tightly while you are going makes you extra tight!

  5. Using a vibrator sure does feel good and they also help with orgasms but to strengthen your vaginal muscles there is nothing like a Kegel Exerciser.

If that ever becomes an Olympic event,,,, I'm ready..... ;~)

  6. I say YES--especially if you're making a consious effort to do so. With  Kegels or one of the other methods they have something to insert into the v****a to squeeze & it measures the pressure--sounds like the vibrator would be good practice.

  7. Never say "women only please" as you know men loads of men will come on here haha...

as for your question I haven't a clue..

  8. i dont think so, id have thought that it would make you slacker after using it for a long time for prolonged periods. thats just what i thought thouugh it might not be the case.

try pelvic floor muscles to tighten yourself up if thats what you want?

    hope this helped xx

  9. I think you'd be better off with the real thing as opposed to a vibrator.

  10. No, it should not really make an difference at all to your vaginal muscles. Try kegal (pelvic floor) exercises to strengthen/tighten
