Women vs. women in the office?

I think its really sad, how women can sometimes undercut each other in the office and even casual company meetings.

Most of the time its women who are fearing being out-shined by the younger new-hires, so they try to find ways to one-up them. What sucks is when the boss is always in on the jokes.

Thats what I'm going through, anyone know how to survive an all-woman office, if you're a young new-hire? (Im also female) What about when jokes are made at your expense, about your age?

people play on peoples weaknesses similar to the animal kingdom if a animal shows fear then those animals are prayed on, traps are set and if you get caught your at fault and that's how its seen, so you have to be above that cant let things get to you, best way is simply by understanding the politics and culture of the organisation and following the flow but at the same time being yourself don't let it change you to be the same, also if you show it doesn't affect you by laughing about it genuinely who will be the immature one?. So don't take it to heart, and see it for what it truly is and be above it.
