Women why do you all not wear stockings anymore?

don't get me wrong bare legs are beautiful, but stocking legs are so s**y. the way they make legs look in heel and the way they make feet look are so s**y but not many women are wearing them anymore why is this and women that do why do you love them so much?

Takes too much time to wear, uncomfortable, get tears easily, and it's no longer that fashionable to wear stockings.

Why do I love my stockings so much?

They're an extra layer of wrapping, something that feels wonderful to my touch, and the touch of others, they're elegant, classy & very feminine and go brilliantly for work, a night out, shopping at the weekend...everything!

I wouldn't be without my stockings.

Ladies wear stockings....

Women dress as they feel themselves to be...

I, on the other hand, always wear stockings when dressed....

a nice dress and bare legs looks cheap....

summer sun dress is an exception...

and bare feet in shoes is very wrong...

there is a preference for panti hose when wearing jeans and sports wear....many years of wearing the light support hose has paid off by the health fact of no leg problems for this grandmother...

They are very uncomfortable and rarely fit well. So either they are loose and bunching around you somewhere, or there is a big gap between your crotch and the crotch of the stockings.

Also, they are expensive, and even the most expensive ones are only good for a few wearings before they snag or run. So imagine paying $10.00-15.00 and up for what amounts to disposable clothing.

I have nothing against others wearing stockings, but, personally, I find stockings to be uncomfortable, inconvenient, impractical, and unnecessary.  I rarely wear dresses or skirts anyway.
