Women:What's the difference between dance clubs where the women are passive/ and when they get loose and wild?

What'd accounts for the difference in the two scenarios where 1) the women are having a good time, yet are passive and almost 'too' cognizant of surroundings as the women don't feel inclined to help the men to have a good time

2) the women are loose and the vibe is wild as they are very open to most all men in the club.

What accounts for the difference?

The difference is in the first one they are habing fun with their friends, and the 2nd is when they want s*x. Simple!

They should not be at clubs dancing and getting drunk they should be at home taking care of the children... Today's children need their mothers to do a better job but they're too busy getting wasted and haveing pre-marital s*x with random guys at clubs with their burqas off while the kids are misbehaving then they get abortions.

This babe is happy that both type clubs exist

If I just wanna chill with my good friends and have a more relaxed evening then i am gonna go to a more laid back bar and get more into a mellow relaxing time

If on the other hand I wanna dress totally hot and really let loose shaking my booty and be jenny tearing up the dance floor I am gonna go to the club where the vibe is wild

the distintion in the bars is in the distintion of my mood and how i want to club that paticulr night

upon closer examination you comments seem not to relect the context of what kind of atmosphere a womwn wants but rather the one of your question seems to be how to "feel inclined to help the men have  a good time" or "very open to most all the men in the club"

ok I am not in either club to help men to have a good time ,that is not my place or function . I am there because jenny wants to party and have a good time

so to answer your question what accounts for the difference is that sometimes jenny wants to party in mellow mode and sometime jenny wants to get down and wild

multiply jennys choices by a few hundred women and you have your answer

Bad behavior is equal oppportunity!  I worked in bars many years and seen both genders act like idiots.  I have seen both guys and gals act in ways that is disgusting.  I will go to a nightclub when they have a good show. If you think that the women are loose, look into your actions.  You might get slapped and it might be by a drunk boyfriend or husband too!
