Womens college hockey divisions???

ok well im 14 going on 15 ad i would really like to play ice hockey in college..im just a little confused on the divisions and stuff...i know D1 is the best...but is there a D2??? i have just heard of D1 and D3......and if you guys have the time could u list some schools (hopefully around new england) in each division??

I just wanna say, that I am so happy that ladies are playing hockey these days. When I was a kid, girls couldn't play hockey.

The best is Division 1. There is a Division 2, but there are very few D2 schools. The worst is Division 3.

You can find schools online and in college guides.

If you're only 15, though, I'm assuming that you just finished Freshman year, and you should not be thinking about college yet.
