I am a little confused by your question.  Are you asking someone to write the paper or are you looking for sources?

If you are looking for sources, there is a book titled:  What Our Mothers Didn't Tell Us by Danielle Crittenden that is actually quite interesting--this coming from a male's perspective.  It shares some of the major highlights of the women's movement and how happiness still eludes the modern woman even after achieving things only dreamed about by previous generations.  A very interesting and quick read.  Many men would benefit by reading it, too!  Good luck.
