Won $1000 on CA Lottery Scratcher, but didn't fill out winner claim form...am I screwed?

So I won $1000 off a scratcher, and per the instructions on the back I filled out the info, signed it, and mailed it in to the address on the ticket via certified mail (it got there, I checked). However, the ticket didn't mention anything about filling out a winner claim form. Is that a big deal or am I worrying about nothing? Thanks in advance.

You shoulg get your money as long as you told them who you are. If you missed anything you needed to fill out the worst thing that is going to happen is that your prize money will be delayed a little bit. No need to worry.
