Won a jackpot through Microsoft MSN Corporation, is it legit?

Won a jackpot through 2008 Microsoft MSN Corporation and wanted to know where to check to see if it is legit, has anyone ever heard of this being a site to claim prizes at? Let me know.

SCAM!!!  Delete and don't look back.

If you didn't apply to a specific sweeps stakes ( and as far as I know Microsoft has never had a sweeps stakes) Then it's almost certainly a scam.

You can check snopes.com if you like. But in the real world people and companies don't just send out random e-mails to random people giving away money.
