Wondering about helping people....?

Question

I was wondering about a few things, if anyone has any knowledge of them, shoot!

- I was thinking of helping a kid in Africa. It would be sort of like where I send them things like food and clothing and medicine and toys and stuff.

- I was wondering about buying part of the rain-forest. I don't know if they still do that, but it was like 5 bucks for half an acre or something. Probably more now, though.

My family sponsors a child in the Philippines through Compassion International.  I'm sure that they have African children too.

Don't know about the rainforest though.

Well, I myself am 14 and sponsor a little girl through worldvision. its a great christian program, and it helps people all over the world.

im not too sure about the rainforset tho...

Well if you're talking about like joining the christians children fund-I can tell you that those countries dont let the kids have what you send them.  They take it before the kids even see it.

thats really nice of you trying to help a little kid. i think you should go for whatever your mind tells you to, only if you think its right.
