Ok, so i know this girl, and am wondering how we are related. Our grandparents were brother and sister. Her grandmother was my grandfathers sister, what would that make us?

That would make you second cousins.  An easy way to remember is

If you share a set of grandparents, then you are 1st cousins,

If you share a set of great grandparents, then you are second cousins

If you share a set of gr gr grandparents, then you are third cousins

If you share a set of gr gr gr grandparents, then you are fourth cousins

ETC.
