Wondering if this is a poem and also if it is what style?

thanx agen for my comments im quite suprised at how interested everyone is in poetry but glad,

anyway

destructively,

you and me,

fallin' into make believe

lies that cut into the skin

hold me down for that eager kiss

your lips are sweet

your hair is soft

your eyes, your hands,

my love, my friend

for an eternity i would spend

waiting for that eager kiss

for eternity i would spend

my life, my friend

i will see you at the end

not to sure on this one i lost myself i bit

please dont be to harsh

I like it...

Starting out it almost seems as if you are torrmented over a lost love or a love that you never had. If the rest is a reflection of how the poet dreams the end will be then I think a line that indicates these as thoughts of the author and not reflections of a past...

You could very easily take a dark turn and describe the brutal side of the beauty. That would be a neat twist... I'm getting the idea that it's fantacies in the author's mind. If so, you could go either way and the result (landing) could be the same. (High road - Low Road thing)
