Wondering if this is implantation bleeding

I had a d&c done in June and I was told that I could start ttc again right away due to the fact that it was a blighted ovum. I started to bleed on July 26th and it lasted 4 days however it was really light and never completly filled a tampon (tmi sorry) could this have been my period or was this implantation bleeding and when should i take a test to see, Thanks

I am TTC#1 so I only know that which I read =)  As I understand it implantation bleeding is VERY light, just a few spots on underwear or only seen on the toilet tissue.  Maybe your body had a light period following the D&C?  To be the optimist though I'd probably take a test in a few days...good luck!!!
