Wondering what this show was named (maybe Discovery Channel)?

Question

While in the Philippines, I watched a TV show that solved how various accidents happened (crane falling, ship sinking, building exploding). I think it was on the Discovery Channel. I would like to know the name of the show and where to find any of the episodes. I watched the show last year (2007). You can email me if you need more info.
