Malaysia’s Wong Pei Tty and Chin Eei h*i lost their Women’s Doubles second round match to Japan’s Reika Kakiiwa and Mizuki Fujii in the 2011 World Championships, on Monday, August 10, at the Wembley Arena in London.

but lost the match by making an unforced error in the finishing point.
In the opening set of this Women’s Doubles fight, the Japanese dominated the game with great touch of precision and made their opponents struggling to return the bird. Wong Pei and Eei h*i lost the opening set with the margin of 16-21.
In the following game, the Malaysians played wonderful badminton in the second-half of the set and remained successful in levelling the match by winning it with a 24-22 margin.

with a margin of 20-22. The Malaysians lost the 88-minute battle in three games with the score of 16-21, 24-22 and 20-22.
While talking about the unforced mistake in the last point, Pei Tty said, “I saw the shuttle and went for it but I was off balance and hit it into the net. If only I had not been that eager ... we could have made it.”
She further added, “It is disappointing to lose this way. We were left far in the third game and it was quite impossible to catch up. But we did not give up and fought our way up ... luck was on our side too.”
The Malaysian duo is quite confident to perform well in their upcoming events and achieve their major target to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics.
