Wont boot past message "HDD

Wont boot past message "HDD CD Rom/DVD Floppy Disc Lan Boot" Blue box, on grey background. Keeps highlighting Floppy Disc. do not understand. Do not have a flppy drive on HP Easynote R4360. Do not have any recovery disc either. Please help?
