Question:

Won't delete songs

I have had my mp3 for about a month and a half (since my birthday).Theres something wrong with it already and I'm very careful with it so i dont understand why.I downloaded some cd's onto it last night,,when i started listening to it in the morning after it charged for a couple hours all the songs got deleted.Now it won't let me delete the songs from it.PLEASE HELP!
