Won't pick up stich

Question

My sewing machine will not pick up the bottom stich. It starts out sewing fine then it stops. It will still act like it wants to sew by the bottom bobbin and top will still move but wont actually stitch. I made sure that everything is fed and loaded right. Thank you....
