Won't print faxes. Hi, have refilled the black cartridge on the printer but it refuses to print

Hi, have refilled the black cartridge on the printer but it refuses to print out the faxes in the memory. It will print and copy from the scanner but won’t give up the faxes. How can I override the flashing low ink indicator?
