Wont thread needle

problem with pfaff 213 the bobbin was jammed and I had to release the two cases to get out a stuck thread now i am perplexed the inside has a red arrow but the guide does not mention how it should lie when replacing peices Help me please I have replace several times but it will not catch thread we just had it serviced and it has been working until now Sandra
