  1. No it's not safe for reptiles.

It's designed to cover up the stench of cat urine and f***s so it contains perfumes. It also poses the risk of impaction.

  2. No it is suitable for reptiles all except the lizards

  3. Use Aspen bedding for snakes, although impaction can occur in smaller snakes so be careful. I have always kept my snakes on this it looks nice and easy to clean, just scoop anything wet or soiled out. If you have the time watch your snake eat, even if it were to swallow a small piece it will usually pass w/o impaction. Sheets of newspaper is safest if you're worried about impaction but it looks like c**p. Some people use indoor outdoor carpet, but i find it ugly and your snake will always be underneath either one of these. Plus, they're not very clean. When theres a mess you have mess that needs to be taken care of.

Leopard Geckos I have kept on CalciSand which is designed to be digestable. Probably in excess amounts it is possible that impaction could occur, but I haven't encountered that. CalciSand also looks nice. Again, If you dont care what your setup looks like use newspaper, it's safest but again as with the snakes it's not very clean. I would not use any type of wood bedding with geckos. I would however, recommend you use newspaper or a towel/cloth of some sort w/ very young babies.

Different reptiles have different needs. Just as the diet, climate, etc varies from one species to another, so does the substraight.
