Wood shavings on floor in chicken house

Question

Could I put wood shavings onto a dirt floor? I know its better on concrete floor but would have to be a dirt floor for now.

I use wood shavings, they're fine. Just be sure to change them when they get dirty.

Wood shaving are fine and they might even bring worms into the shed and give the chickens something to peck at.
