THAT DEPENDS  I WOULD HAVE TO MEET WITH YOU FIRST AND DECIDE IF YOU SEEM MATURE ENOUGH....I BABYSAT WHEN I WAS 13 AND I KNOW I DID A GOOD JOB...MY PERSONAL OPIONION IS 13 YR OLDS DO BETTER THAN OLDER TEENS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT QUITE INTO BOYS THAT MUCH AND DON'T TALK ON THE PHONE THAT MUCH YET SO THEY PAY BETTER ATTENTION!!!!

Yes as long as she is mature enough and responsible. I once babysat for a woman when I was 11 and she had two young boys. She said that she knew I was young but she could tell that I was responsible. It totally depends on how you present yourself and your maturity level.
