  1. They are moving towards each other at a speed of 12+4=16 kph.  So, it will take them 20km / 16kph = 1.25 hours to meet.  The man walking from town B will have traveled 1.25 hours * 4 kph = 5k from town B.  So, they meet 5k from town B.
