Wording for house painting party invite

Question

i'm trying to send out an email to invite some friends and family to come help me paint my new house, but don't know how to word it.

Answer 1

"I'm wanting you to come renovate my house"  

Answer 2

What about:

     Have gallons of fun with me in my new home.

     Since we can't paint the town red, lets paint my house ______ (insert color!!).  We could brush up on old times and have a real colorful time!!

ps:  don't wear nice clothes.
