Wordpress Problem. Virus that I cant clear from my website.?

On page 2 and on any page dealing with Post #11 on my blog does not show up. When I got into the Wordpress admin part it will not allow me to go to the pages that would normally let me delete posts - so there is no hope of deleting the post because when I try nothing shows up.

I took apart the code and found nothing out of the ordinary.

Somehow I need to either get rid of the post manually without using the admin panel and just using the servers control panel.

---I have deleted all of the spam (25000 over a week) that was commented on post #11 and still no luck.... but after the spam target that I got - my page has not been loading correctly.

I would try accessing the post and admin section with a variety of different browsers first.  Then, I would start disabling certain things like javascript, cookies, etc.  Finally, I would also try accessing the page with Firefox with Firebug installed and running.  It's a really cool tool for helping you to debug code.  

I would also download and install CCleaner from download.com and run it.  Perhaps there's some cached information in your browser that's causing the page to load improperly.

Let me know how that works for ya and if it doesn't, I'll think of a few more suggestions.
