Work, Does anybody else?

Question

Work for a company that is loyal and honest with the customer, and that puts customer service before money? I think this is pretty special and unique.

You're very lucky! I used to work in sales and we were under constant pressure to 'do the customer over'!! I hated it, I prefer to take the gentle, non-aggresive approach. I was always at the bottom of the sales board!!

Unfortunately yes I do. Our clients get a very low competitive package deal and then use up our company resources as additional cost to us, but at no additional cost to their bill. If we invoice them for the additional expenses to the company, they avoid us constantly. We have to get loss-adjusters and so forth in to chase accounts because we always take the competitive road. If I was in charge I'd be reasonable without extortionate fees and vet clients through network contacts. It worries me when our company conveniently forgets to pay an overhead because we're owed hundreds of thousands of pounds in outstanding payments. Our jobs are constantly at red alert.
