What does it mean when a work comp Insurance person is following you around and watching what your doing? Have had a work comp case in Illinois on going since last May, There now following around.

  1. They are trying to establish your true activity level.  If you are alleging that you have a bad back and are not able to work, but you are up on your roof re-shingling, then something is not right.


  2. They want to make sure your claim is not fraudulent.

  3. It probably means that they suspect WC fraud.

  4. It means, they suspect your claim is fraudulent.
