Work Experience - HELP!!?

Question

I'm supposed to be doing work experience in october and we have to find placements by the end of the week.

The thing is, I have no idea where to go.

I'm really into performing arts (especially dance) and I would love to do work experience in somewhere to do with performing arts.

I live in Nottingham and have applied to a few dance colleges but had no luck so far.

Any ideas?

Nottingham is rich with opportunities. First thing, you have to be flexible, don't narrow yourself to dance. Look up art centres, see what type of thig they host, I have one by me and it has art, theatre and dance. Look at theatres too. Think things related to your feild of interest, get on yell.com and see whats about.

Music shops are good or if you are into dance, look for a local dance academy and see if you can get a job.

Do anything thats always busy, maybe even a clothes shop, im at my w/e RIGHT NOW, and it's boring as fu...

just a thought but warners hotel at thoresby put on shows nightly dance and singing try them
