Work Out Plan & Diets to do at home?

So I'm 17, 5'6, approx 150lbs. I want to lose weight obviously. Can anyone suggest a workout plan and diet to lose weight fast? I don't have access to the gym so working out would be at home. My most troubling parts are my love-handles. And lower stomach. I tried those on-line diet setting things but its confusing to work. Thanks for the help.

    eat according to how much you exercize. you dont want to eat more than 500 calories than you burned off in the day. according to the workout i gave you if you do it evry other day you can eat 2000-2100 calories a day. try to make haelathy choices. eat 5-6 small meals a day insted of 3 big ones. i will give an example meal plan. breakfast-2 eggs, half a bowl of kashi cereal, fruit juice. snack-handful of nuts. lunch-low fat coldcuts on whole wheat bread, sliced tomato, lettuce. water, celery. snack-protein bar. dinner-chicken breast, asparagus, glass of milk. remember to take a multi vitamin an get proper sleep and you should be able to lose weight, hope i helped.
