Work Permit/Visa?

Is it possible to apply for a work permit/visa in the Spanish Embassy in the Philippines without any job offer yet? I thought I'd try that 1st before going to Spain on a Visitors Visa and changing my status from there.

Yeah it's possible, but unlikely. Your best bet would be to get a work permit from a European Union country that does not have stringent laws, such as Holland.Their laws are more laxed than others, and once you a work visa for Holland it is usable in most if not all of westerm europe. By the way, if you make it to Spain check out Ibiza!
