Work and get money or go to college?

Question

right now i have 3 jobs, and going to nail school. I'm enrolled for a community college for september. I want or wanted to become a register nurse. I'm like so occupied now, but i really like to stay busy and like making money. Since september is coming i don't know if i should go. I make enough money now to stay by myself, but i don't know if that's the best choice. so college or work like maniac?

honestly im in school right now and i kinda wish that i would have stayed working full time and saved up money. yeh it is a good idea to go to college, but i know plenty of people that have degrees and work at S****y jobs because there arent a lot of good ones out there! (and they are stuck paying off their student loans) maybe you should just go to school part time and continue working

The job market is terrible right now.  I just graduated with a degree in economics and business administration and cannot find a job.  On top of that I have to start paying $800 a month because banks will not consolidate college loans because of the economy.

I prefer going to college. You'll have more jobs, better jobs in the future.

But in your case, you have good jobs, If you can, try being a working student. It's nice being a student while earning money for yourself which you know you can spend.

You should definitely go to college.

You make good money as an RN and my RN friends LLLove their job so much they tell me to go back to school to be an RN too.

If you qualify for financial aid then apply for it so you can work less but still be busy with school ;)

Wow, I'm going to be completely honest with you. I'm in college right now and even with financial aid, I'm STILL trying to pay for school and a way to live and I got everything from the grants to the loans and it's still not enough. This economy is too far into the ground to try to go school now without the proper finances, don't get me wrong, you should definitely go to school I just think that right now is not a good time because the govt really ain't dishin out no funds this year. If I were you, I'd keep making that money and wait till the time is really right, If you're living comfortably right not...don't risk it, cause school will leave you in debt.
