How can I protect my personal property safe if unexpected things happen in the future? What is strategy to protect the personal property and asset?

Form a limited liability company (LLC) or a corporation. Try to keep your business expenses separate from your personal expenses. Same goes for the things you use in your business. Also, set aside a part of your house dedicated solely to your business.

Do those things so that if someone ever does sue your company (if its an LLC or a Corp, they will have a very tough time suing you directly) you can show that your business and personal affairs are separate and they can only take what belongs to the company, not you.

If YOU will be doing the actual work, INSURANCE is the only shield you have.  The reason a corporation won't work is any halfway competent attorney will sue both the company and YOU personally as the employee that did whatever they are suing over.
