Work at ibm....used to be

work at ibm....used to be able to get sirius radio on my computer at work as an add on to my car account.....cannot get sirius on my computer at work any longer even though it works perfectly in my car....suggestions?....has ibm installed a firewall in my computer that makes it impossible for sirius to get through?
