Work attitude/ work stress between Middle East and Australia?

I am of Asian origin and currently working here in Middle East. I am contemplating on migrating to OZ. Can you provide comparison between the work stress, work attitude, how you deal with locals etc between the Middle East and Australia. Which one is harder or laid back etc? I would like to get the answers from people who has already worked in this two parts of the world. Many thanks.

in middle east they treated you as a slave and have no rights.in australia you have the rights to be among the aussie workers.not a slave.
