Work break?

I am 15 and work at the local movies, in the consesion stand. I usally work 6.5 hours a day and today I worked 9 hours. I never get breaks and sometimes my managers dont let me get a drink. What is the laws about breaks for 15 years olds?

I think you might need to get that information from your state's Department of Labor Relations. Here in Nevada it is illegal for anyone to work more than 6 hours without a break. I know the theater is breaking the law, but I don't know the particulars where you are.

well by law every 3  hours you take a break tell your boss and if he does not agree leave this job and report it ok
