Work comp. My doctor is always in a hurry, last time he was yawning like crazy and he does not listen.?

He performed a surgery in my knee and after 5 months I am still having problems, but he does not listen. I am stuck with him because of workers comp. How do I get a second opinion?

Speak with a representative from the workers comp insurance company and let them know about this doctor and tell them you would like a second opinion.  If no one reports this doctor the insurance company won't know he isn't doing his job.

The HR department in your workplace should have a counselor or grievances officer who should be able to handle this. If there are others (colleagues) who have been similarly treated by this doctor, ask them if they'd testify as well. Explain your side of the story calmly and objectively.
