Work expericence in Journalism?

Question

Im wanting to go into sports journalism and ive got work experience in september but i dont want to go into newspaper as i want to be in Televison and there is no places, i went to ring my local radio station and you have to be over 18 and im not old enough,

does anybody know where i can go for Work experience in Doncaster for sports journalism?

Either way, television or newspapers, you will need to write. Keep up on your English classes, get yourself a good dictionary and thesaurus, watch sports and practice witting. A good place to practice your writing is on a site like The Citizens Journal http://www.thecitizensjournal.com So you build a portfolio and get some feedback.
