Work from home leads?

I have asked this question before but nothing panned out.

Does anyone know of any work from home sites that are reputable?

I am not looking to start a business. I am looking for transcription or data entry.

Thank you.

  1. I, for one, can feel your frustration!  Most of the data entry jobs online are associated with fraud or scams, so you really have to be careful. Here are a few legitimate companies that hire workers in that field.

    * Cass Information Systems

    * Accounts Receivable Options (ARO)

    * Trip Advisor, LLC.

    Don't hesitate to research them for yourself.  I found this information at a work from home forum where I am currently a member.  It's the best place I've found by far in helping to find real working jobs at home.  See the link below if you'd like to know more about it.

  2. Data entry is almost universally on-site for an employer. You might be able to get a job with an archival firm typing documents from scans, or you can work through a temp agency.

    Transcription can be done at home (my mother is a legal transcriptionist), along with the proof-reading, but monitoring examinations and depositions is done either at the office or wherever the parties meet. Contact a legal transcription firm in your city.
